Sosa was Puerto Rico’s third-leading scorer at the event behind Mike Rosario of Rutgers (24.0) and Jio Fontan of Fordham (13.3).
As a freshman in 2008-09 for the Knights, Sosa appeared in all 31 contests and averaged 8.2 points.
