This project seeks to create one or more risk assessment instruments that that can be integrated into current pretrial decision-making tools and processes across the country and work in combination with any of the common Domestic Violence (DV) risk assessments currently in widespread use in the U.S. Data from microlongitudinal surveys with survivors will be integrated with administrative case file data and examined to inform the creation and validation of DV-specific pretrial risk assessments.
