Citing her outstanding work to improve the Central Florida community, the Orlando Sentinel announced its “Central Floridian of the Year” for 2008 — Dr. Deborah German, M.D., dean of the UCF College of Medicine.
“This honor actually goes to many people who have made my role possible, and who have helped me as we build our medical school and medical city,”
German said. “UCF is an amazing university in a welcoming region home to many talented leaders.”
