The campus community and public are invited to attend or watch online the first meeting of UCF’s Presidential Search Committee from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Nov. 5.

The committee will discuss how to involve the campus and community throughout the search and also hear presentations from five search firms that have submitted proposals to help UCF recruit presidential candidates. The Board of Trustees is expected to vote to hire a search firm this week.

The meeting will be at the Morgridge International Reading Center on UCF’s main campus. The livestream of the meeting can be viewed at youtu.be/jLpcqh-BLNQ

Members of the Presidential Search Committee include students, faculty, staff, trustees and alumni, among others. The committee was formed based on the requirements of the Florida Board of Governors’ and UCF Board of Trustees’ guidelines.
