Miss Florida Kristina Janolo, a marketing major, met with Florida Governor Rick Scott and the Cabinet and discussed the importance of funding projects to continue restoration of the Florida Everglades. She said she will continue to raise awareness about the Everglades as Miss Florida. She competes for the Miss America title in January.
