BIOGRAPHY:

Syed Zohaib Hassan recently completed his Ph.D. in Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering at the University of Central Florida. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan (2018), and an M.Sc. in Construction Automation from Yonsei University, South Korea (2021). His interdisciplinary background reflects a broader mission to leverage technological innovation, spanning robotics, remote sensing, and informatics to address real-world challenges across urban, environmental, and agricultural landscapes.

 

 

RESEARCH:

His research lies at the intersection of civil engineering, remote sensing, and artificial intelligence, focusing on developing automated, data-driven solutions for monitoring the built and natural environment. With a strong interest in sustainability, Zohaib’s work spans applications in infrastructure assessment, environmental management, precision agriculture, and sustainable coastal systems. By integrating advanced sensing technologies with geospatial analytics and AI, he aims to support cities that are more resilient, smarter, and environmentally sustainable.
