BIOGRAPHY:
Syed Zohaib Hassan recently completed his Ph.D. in Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering at the University of Central Florida. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan (2018), and an M.Sc. in Construction Automation from Yonsei University, South Korea (2021). His interdisciplinary background reflects a broader mission to leverage technological innovation, spanning robotics, remote sensing, and informatics to address real-world challenges across urban, environmental, and agricultural landscapes.
RESEARCH:
His research lies at the intersection of civil engineering, remote sensing, and artificial intelligence, focusing on developing automated, data-driven solutions for monitoring the built and natural environment. With a strong interest in sustainability, Zohaib’s work spans applications in infrastructure assessment, environmental management, precision agriculture, and sustainable coastal systems.
