University Tower, a UCF Foundation-owned building in the Central Florida Research Park, has received top honors in the Corporate Facility category in the Building Owners and Managers Association’s Outstanding Building of the Year Awards.

The six-story building, which has been managed by Cushman and Wakefield Corporate Occupier and Investor Services since 2007, received the highest score of all Orlando buildings in all categories. The building earned points based on the inspection and assessment of management attributes, including tenant relations, emergency preparedness, energy conservation and community impact.

University Tower tenants include the College of Nursing, Regional Campuses and the Office of Research and Commercialization. The building advances to a regional competition that consists of entries from seven states.
