[email protected] Support provides technical support services to students for [email protected] (Instructure Canvas LMS), Panopto (video lecture capture system), and UCF-developed supplements to the LMS.

Support is provided via phone, email, online form and live chat Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm, and limited evening and weekend support response via email. [Note: Beginning in Fall 2016 we will extend our daily hours until 6:30 pm and increase evening and weekend services to include live chat.]
