At UCF, we understand that every student is unique. And we believe each one deserves the same level of respect and understanding. That’s why we established the Social Justice and Advocacy office. Our role is to promote a welcoming campus environment where diversity is valued and equality is essential.
Studies show that everyone—yes, everyone—can benefit from therapy and counseling. Whether you’re experiencing short-term stress or long-term challenges, it’s important to talk about your feelings and take care of your mental health. That’s why UCF Counseling and Psychological Services, or CAPS, provides comprehensive psychological services to our students free of charge.

If you are a student in recovery, know that you are not alone. We understand the challenges of being in recovery, especially on a college campus. As a result, students are able to flourish in academics and in their personal lives.
