The mission of Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Questioning/Queer (LGBTQ+) Services is to connect our diverse student population to opportunities, resources, and each other to achieve the vision of a stronger, healthier, and more equitable world for LGBTQ+ people and its allies.

LGBTQ+ strives to support the community by:
– Fostering greater opportunities for students to succeed at UCF.
– Help organize programs and experiences geared toward educating the UCF community.
– Creating a forum where LGBTQ+ history and culture is acknowledged and celebrated.
– Creating a space where resources can be created and explored in the future.

LGBTQ+ Services is a resource office for LGBTQ+ students, allies, and anyone interested in LGBTQ+ issues. We are an entry point for anyone looking for resources relating to sexual orientation or gender identity. Community Support Services will work to bridge LGBTQ+ resources that currently exist on the UCF Campus and in the surrounding City-State to bring that knowledge to the UCF community. LGBTQ+ Services’ grand opening was celebrated on October 11, 2011 which was also National Coming Out Day.
