McNair Scholars Program

First-generation, low-income and traditionally underrepresented students who plan on continuing at the doctoral level are invited to apply for the McNair Scholars Program.

To help you stay on track, the program offers courses, seminars and workshops on topics related to graduate school preparation. Participants complete a paid research project under the guidance of a faculty mentor, and have the opportunity to present their research at local, regional and national conferences.

The program provides a challenging, supportive environment conducive to learning and promoting personal and professional development.
