Our team of nationally accredited and certified personal trainers are available for fee-based, 60-minute sessions all year round. Better yet, your first session is free.
UCF Personal Trainers can have a lasting impact on your health as they influence good workout habits and help you realize your full fitness potential. Personal training sessions at the Recreation and Wellness Center are available to all enrolled students, and we offer a number of affordable packages to fit everyone’s budget. Small Group Training is a hybrid between Group Exercise and Personal Training by giving students and RWC members the opportunity to focus on specific fitness goals over a period of time with a group of like-minded individuals.
