Biography

Dr. Mindi Anderson is the director of the Healthcare Simulation Program (MSN, Interdisciplinary Post-Graduate Certificate) and a professor of nursing at the University of Central Florida. One of the world’s first 20 certified advanced healthcare simulation educators worldwide, Dr. Anderson’s research areas include virtual and game-based simulation, new simulation technologies, standardized patients, intra- and interprofessional education using simulation, and use of simulation in preparing students for nursing practice.
