What is Therapy Assisted Online (TAO) Self Help?

TAO is an interactive, web-based program that provides assistance to help overcome anxiety, depression, issues with relationships and communications, and concerns about substance use. TAO is based on well researched and highly effective strategies for helping the above concerns. You can choose to view short but helpful videos, take part in brief exercises, use logs to track moods and progress, and have access to a Mindfulness Library.

Access to TAO Self-Help is available to all UCF Online students. Other CAPS services require a health fee which is not included in the UCF Online Tuition. If you are experiencing hardship, CAPS is able to provide a consultation with suggested recommendation(s) to a specialist that could possibly suit your needs.
