Victim Services offers free support, crisis intervention, information, referrals, practical assistance and educational programs to all UCF Online students. All advocates are professional victim services practitioners who go through ongoing advanced training to provide you with the best advocacy services.

Do You Need Help?

If you are a victim of crime, violence or abuse, Victim Services provides the help you need to move forward. Victim Services can help you understand the common reactions to trauma and victimization, as well as determine what options are available for you.

24/7 Hotline

In case of an emergency, call 911. If you or someone you know is in crisis and needs assistance, call Victim Services at 407-823-1200. Advocates are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A list of campus, local, state and national resources are available online. These resources contain the website and a brief comment about each service center.
