CPR and First Aid
Does your college, major or employer require you to be First Aid and CPR/AED certified? Are you looking to gain lifesaving skills as part of your own development? Look no further than the UCF Recreation and Wellness Center. Our Risk Management Instructors are American Red Cross® certified to teach CPR/AED and First Aid courses.
As a service to the UCF community, the RWC offers fee-based CPR/AED and First Aid classes to all students. Signing up for classes is fast and easy. Simply visit the administration office on the second floor of the RWC to learn more and register for an upcoming course.
During hands-on training sessions, our team of instructors teach you important life skills for responding to injuries and sudden illnesses, cardiac and breathing emergencies, and assessing a scene until advanced emergency crews arrive.
Classes are open to all current UCF students and are offered in the fall, spring and summer semesters. The RWC is committed to the safety of our students and their loved ones, and that starts with preparing you to take action at a moment’s notice. Lifesaving courses are time well spent and can make the ultimate difference in someone’s life.
