HIV and STI Testing
Knowing your status is the first step in keeping yourself and others safe. With HIV and STI testing from both UCF Student Health Services and UCF Wellness and Health Promotion Services, it's easy to get tested and have a better understanding of your health. If you are 25 or younger and sexually active, you should be screened for sexually transmitted infections at least once a year—even if you don’t have symptoms
The Health Center offers free chlamydia and gonorrhea tested during special events held every other month. Check out the UCF Calendar for the next event date. These tests, along with screening for other STI’s such as syphilis, are available by appointment any time of the year through the Health Center’s low-cost lab.
UCF’s Wellness and Health Promotion Services offers free, confidential and rapid testing for HIV with results available in 15 minutes. You can make an appointment or walk in during our rapid testing events. Certified counselors provide one-on-one support and resources to help students reduce their risk of STIs and unintended pregnancy, and can help you discuss these topics with partners.
Wellness and Health Promotion Services offers Free HIV Rapid Testing five days a week with an appointment and during special Rapid Testing events.
