Biography

Shahana Ibrahim earned a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Oregon State University. Her research interests include methods and theories for robust machine learning systems, with a focus on weakly supervised learning problems. Other areas of interest include tensor decomposition, non-negative matrix factorization, and stochastic optimization algorithms. Ibrahim teaches machine learning and AI, signal processing and verification and validation.
