Why UCF Online?

UCF Online’s Applied Behavior Analysis program stands out for its BACB exam preparation, hands-on practicum experience, and AI-infused coursework through the Toni Jennings Institute, where you’ll engage with leading educational researchers and apply technology-driven innovations in behavioral analysis. Opportunities for on-campus lab work and offsite clinical partnerships make this a uniquely forward-thinking and practice-oriented program in a rapidly growing field.

The program gives you the opportunity to learn from distinguished faculty members including Matthew Marino, Ph.D., a leader in special education and disabilities who integrates AI technology into research and lab work supporting adult students with disabilities, and Olivia Coleman, Ph.D., who specializes in developing and implementing IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals to enhance educational outcomes.

With a 58% increase in ABA job postings and only 74,000 Board Certified Behavior Analysts nationwide, demand for qualified professionals has never been higher. Autism diagnoses are increasing nationwide, driving demand for highly trained ABA professionals.
