A Success Coach provides high-level support, coordination and guidance for UCF Online students from the time of admission through graduation. Students can contact their Success Coach for anything nonacademic. All academic questions should be sent to their instructor or academic advisor. Need technical support? We can help. There are various teams across the university that provide technical support for select systems at UCF. So if you need assistance with Webcourses@UCF, Knights Email, your personal computer or your UCF NID, we have you covered. If you are unsure who to contact to resolve an issue, start with your Success Coach.
Webcourses@UCF Support provides technical support for all UCF faculty, staff and students who use online systems supported by the Center for Distributed Learning, including:

UCF IT Support Center
The Service Desk connects Computer Services & Telecommunications (CS&T) to its customers by assisting them with questions or issues with any CS&T technologies to which they have access. Since CS&T offers a broad range of products and services, the Service Desk is responsible for directing phone calls and online inquiries to the right department in a timely manner and providing customers with the help they need. Contact the UCF IT Support Center if you need assistance with the following services:
- Accessing the myUCF portal
- Accessing your Knights Email account
- UCF NID and NID password
- Office 365
- Skype for Business (Lync)
Resetting Your NID Password
Note: For security reasons, the CS&T Service Desk can only provide assistance with password resets over the phone. Emailed or chat-based password reset requests cannot be processed. Another option is to use the Password Self-reset page at http://myid.ucf.edu.
Student Support Desk
Having issues with your computer? Contact a technician at the Student Support Desk to find the perfect service to keep your computer running smoothly. The Student Support Desk provides the following support:
