The magazine journalism minor prepares students for exciting careers in the field of magazine publishing. With hands-on courses in writing, editing, design and production, students have the opportunity to work on the NSCM Centric, a magazine created by and for students and published each fall.
- A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in all courses used to satisfy the minor.
- Grades below "C" (2.0) in lower level courses are not accepted in the minor.
- At least 15 hours used in the minor must be earned at UCF within the Nicholson School of Communication and Media
- Students must satisfy each course's prerequisites before enrolling in the class.
