Plan for a sustainable future with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from UCF. Environmental engineers work to protect society from adverse environmental factors — and to protect the environment from natural and human activities. UCF’s program focuses on air pollution control, water and wastewater treatment, solid and hazardous waste management, environmental health and remediation. With this degree, you can improve the quality of life and safety of society, and plan, design, permit and maintain projects to comply with regulations and improvement of water, soil and air quality.

Environmental engineering graduates often find positions in the design industry, consulting firms, regulatory agencies, utilities and municipal, state, and federal government agencies and academic institutions.
