The Digital Art & Emerging Experiences Minor provides students with an interdisciplinary pathway into digital creativity, digital art, and immersive experiences, equipping them with the artistic, technical, and conceptual skills required to navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape. As industries increasingly embrace digital art, animation, storytelling, video art, and motion design, this minor enables students from all majors to explore emerging technologies through a creative lens.

- Students should consult with an Academic Success Coach in CAHSA (cahsa@ucf.edu) if pursuing this minor.
- A grade of "C" (2.0) or better must be achieved in each course used for this minor.
- At least 12 hours used in the minor must be earned at UCF within the School of Visual Arts and Design.
- No more than 6 hours of overlap allowed between courses used in the Digital Arts & Emerging Experiences Minor and other SVAD majors/Minors.
- This minor is not open to students pursuing any of the three tracks (Animation & Visualization, Character Animation, Graphic Design) in the Emerging Media BFA major.
- No credit by exam (TSD, Military credit) may be used toward the minor.
